Electric City lived up to its name this past week as the tournament floor electrified local poker fans for the July 2026 $300 Electric City Mini Event. A stacked field of 426 entries created an intense, competitive atmosphere from July 5 to July 12, with players navigating deep 30,000-chip starting stacks and crisp 25-minute blind levels. The tournament built up massive momentum heading into Day 2, where the remaining 48 players returned to fight for a piece of the prize pool.

In the end, nobody could stop Leigh Z! She put on a masterclass in tournament poker to claim the ultimate bragging rights and the 1st place title. For her dominant run, Leigh walked away with the premier payout of $13,409.00.
